Common questions
What is “included usage”?
A monthly credit, in real dollars, that you can spend on anything: deploys, databases, email, AI, and storage. Pro includes $25 a month, Scale $100, and Business $500. It resets every month and doesn’t roll over.
What happens when I reach 100%?
You get a heads-up at 50% and 75%. At 100% we pause new spending until you turn it back on. On Scale and Business you can choose to keep going and pay for the overage instead. Either way your databases and volumes keep running, with a 72-hour grace period rather than an instant shut-off.
Can I top up mid-cycle?
Yes, any time, at the same rates and with no extra markup. Auto top-up stays off unless you switch it on, and even then it only refills up to a monthly limit you set.
Which currency am I billed in?
Whichever currency your account uses: US dollars by default, or euros for EU accounts. The price you see before an action is the exact amount on your invoice, in that same currency.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days with the full allowance and the whole platform. We ask for a card up front so nothing stops mid-build, but cancel before day 15 and you won’t be charged.
Why is there no free tier?
Because these resources cost real money to run, and a free tier would just hide who’s paying for that. Instead you get a proper trial and a bill you can predict: you always see the price before you spend.
